          5:30-6:00 Registration

          6:00-7:15 Advanced Vault – including Round Off Entry

          7:15-7:30 Break and Question Time (Pizza Time J )

          7:30-8:15 Strength and Conditioning Ideas

          8:15-9:00 Coaching Ideas (games etc.) from some of our own High school    coaches

          9:00  Social time at Foul Line Lounge – located in the bowling alley across the street from the hotels

Friday October 5^th, 2007

          8:00-8:30             Registration and Breakfast – Coffee, Rolls, Bagels and Juice

          8:30-9:30             Rule Interp. Meeting

**All Head Coaches must attend a rules interp. Meeting prior to the start of the gymnastic season.  What an outstanding opportunity to take in the Rules meeting and stay for fun and a lot of good gymnastic coaching information.

9:30-9:40              Break – Questions

**Coaches will have two different sessions to choose from each time slot.
